Quick and Satisfying Vegan Banh Mi Sandwich: Your Go-To Breakfast or Snack

Ingredients

  • Green Wolf Brown Mushrooms Vegami, sliced
  • Crusty French roll
  • Vegan mayo
  • Fresh carrot, shredded
  • Daikon radish, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  • Jalapeño, sliced

Instructions:

Step 1

Begin by slicing the French roll halfway. 

Step 2

Spread vegan mayo on the inside of both roll halves. 

Step 3

Place a layer of Green Wolf Brown Mushrooms Vegami slices on one side of the roll. 

Step 4

Add cilantro leaves to the other side. 

Step 5

Top the Vegami with jalapeño slices for a bit of heat.
