Shipping Locations

Currently, we offer shipping within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations or P.O. boxes now.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that our products are perishable, and we take extra care in packaging them. The cost of insulated containers and ice packs necessary to maintain product freshness during transit is included in the shipping charges.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information to help you keep track of your delivery.

Shipping Estimates

Please remember that shipping dates and arrival times provided are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays or circumstances beyond our control. We work diligently with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you believe that all or part of your order is missing or damaged, kindly notify Green Wolf Foods within 30 days of your purchase date. We will promptly investigate and assist you with a suitable resolution. Please note that replacement products or account credits are subject to our investigation, which may involve coordination with the postal service.

Sales Tax

Please be aware that you may be charged applicable local and state sales tax, if applicable, for your order. The responsibility for paying these taxes lies with the customer.
