Step-by-Step Recipe

Step 1: Prep the Bread

First things first—slice the ciabatta roll in half, horizontally. 

Step 2: Lay the Foundation

Spread a generous amount of creamy mayo on one side of the roll and a layer of zesty basil pesto on the other. 

Step 3: Add the Cheese

Next, layer slices of vegan mozzarella on the pesto side of the roll. 

Step 4: The Star Ingredient

Place slices of Tomato & Basil Vegami on top of the vegan mozzarella. This plant-based alternative is perfect for giving your sandwich that 'meaty' texture and rich smoky flavor.
